You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming a valid agreement with bigo89.

To access bigo89 gaming services, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. Each person may register only one Account. Multiple or duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized them. You must notify bigo89 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
bigo89 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, passport, driving license), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
bigo89 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes, though processing times may vary by payment method.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. You confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and not derived from criminal activity.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction varies by payment method (see our FAQ for current limits).
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by bigo89. Average processing time is 3-5 minutes for major Indonesian banks during business hours, though this may extend to 24 hours during weekends, holidays, or peak periods. bigo89 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose its own charges.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts used solely to transfer funds (deposit followed by immediate withdrawal without play) will be flagged for investigation and may be permanently closed.
Accounts with no activity (logins, deposits, or wagers) for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. bigo89 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 or 10% of the remaining Balance (whichever is less) on dormant accounts until the Balance reaches zero.
bigo89 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and VIP benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the respective promotional materials. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount for welcome bonuses and 20 times for reload bonuses. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots 100%, live casino 20%, sports betting 50%. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the bonus terms (typically 30 days).
Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active (typically Rp 50.000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bet forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
bigo89 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be permanently closed.
All games offered on the bigo89 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific results for individual play sessions.
For sports betting (bandar bola and other sporting events), all bets are settled according to the official result declared by the respective sporting organization. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided.
For togel (traditional numbers lottery) markets including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and others, results are based on official draw outcomes from the respective lottery operators. bigo89 is not affiliated with these operators and serves only as a platform for placing predictions. Draw times and schedules are subject to change by the operators.
bigo89 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on certain games or bet types. The maximum payout per individual bet is Rp 500.000.000 unless otherwise stated. Our total liability for any single sporting event is capped at Rp 1.000.000.000 regardless of the number of bets placed.
In the event of system malfunction, communication failure, or human error affecting game outcomes, bingo89 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Displayed odds, results, or balances that are clearly erroneous will be corrected, and affected bets may be settled at corrected odds or voided entirely. You agree that technical errors do not entitle you to winnings based on incorrect information.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
The bigo89 Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bigo89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six-month period preceding the claim.
bigo89 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, internet service failures, government actions, or strikes.
The Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (payment processors, game providers, social media platforms). bigo89 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and conditions.
You may close your bigo89 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Closure does not release you from obligations incurred prior to termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, provide false information, or if we determine that continued provision of services to you poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bigo89.
Upon termination for breach, bigo89 may withhold any remaining Balance and refuse to process pending withdrawals. You will be notified of termination via email to your registered address with a brief explanation of the reason.
If you feel that gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services, with due consideration for Indonesian market context and player protections. By using bigo89, you agree that these laws shall apply to any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
In the event of a dispute between you and bigo89, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to pursue binding arbitration administered under recognized arbitration rules. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree to resolve disputes with bigo89 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against bigo89.
